Paola focuses her practice on both real estate and corporate law matters. On the real estate side, Paola focuses primarily on commercial and residential acquisitions of real property and related financing. On the corporate side, Paola’s practice is focused in corporate formation and entity selection, corporate governance, stock and asset purchases of private companies, and other business and commercial transactions.

Prior to founding Perez Abello Law, Paola worked at Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office, in the Corporate and Securities Department. During law school, she was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and clerked for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Edwin G. Torres at the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida,

Paola graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude (top 1% of her class).

Paola is admitted to practice law in Florida, and is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
